Wounded severely at Fort Blakesly Ala April 9 1865. From which he was later discharged. Was the youngest son of his father jamily coming from Plattsburg N.Y. Was a stone Mason and brick 1 yer as well as a farmer by vocation. Was married to Harriet Newell duaghter of Sim Newell at Waterloo Aug 29 1860 she died Jan 11 1895.
